ADSC-Alcohol and Drug Seminar Course

adscThe Alcohol and Drug Seminar Course is a fast-paced and relevant course conducted in part by members of the community who serve in a variety of professional capacities.  The course, which is designed to meet the court requirements of numerous judicial entities, can be taken in 8, 12, and 15 hour levels.  A Victim Impact Panel (which is included in the 8, 12, and 15 hour classes) can be taken as a stand-alone component.

This weekend seminar class can be taken the following ways:

Alcohol and Drug Seminar Course 8-Hour-(ADSC8):  Included in the class are modules on understanding and perception, first responders and long term caregivers, impairment and the law, and legal representation.  A Victim Impact Panel presentation is included in this course.  The tuition for this course is $100.

Alcohol and Drug Seminar Course 12-Hour-(ADSC12): This class meets Missouri (SATOP) and Iowa (OWI) requirements.  In addition to the ADSC8 course modules, sections that emphasize recidivism and re-offense issues are included.  The tuition for this course is $140.

Alcohol and Drug Seminar Course 15-Hour-(ADSC15): In the full 15-hour course students receive all of the ADSC12 modules as well as in depth driving and decision making modules.  This class meets Lancaster County (Nebraska) requirements.  The tuition for this course is $195.

Alcohol and Drug Seminar Course Victim Impact Panel-(ADSCVIP): During this presentation, students become aware of the tragedies that result from those that have decided to drink and drive.  The course gives participants a better appreciation of the consequences of those choices.  The tuition for this course is $45.
