Speaker: Tracy Webb, Director of Driving Safety Programs - Nebraska Safety Council
  Tracy has been the Director of Driving Safety Programs for a little over 2 years. He has taught programs for the NeSC since 2002 on a part-time basis. He spent 11 years in law enforcement with the Grand Island Police depaartment as a patrol officer and a criminal investigator.
