Carl moved to Lincoln in 2001 after living in Wisconsin his whole life. He is a Certified WorkComp Advisor and earned his CIC Designation in 2010. He has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Carl joined the UNICO firm in 2005 and speaks all over Nebraska and the country on workers' compensation. He has also been published in several trade publications. |

This topic will focus on the importance of communication when it comes to workers' compensation and injury management. He will also address ways companies can be proactive to help them improve their work comp programs which will lower costs and increase profitability.
