Are you familiar with the safety protocol that should be in place to protect this worker and your company? This introductory program will demonstrate the similarities of a good safety and wellness culture and how to begin moving the pieces into one cohesive effort.

Increase safety and wellness engagement with your non-traditional employees: contractors, part-time, temporary, field, and non-benefit eligible workers.

Learn how to better engage your non-traditional workers in safety compliance and wellness engagement. Workers outside of your regular workforce have an impact on your culture and workers' compensation. We will be working through the impact and liability on your workforce for your contractors, part-time, temporary, field, and non-benefit eligible workers.

Jill Schroeder, J.D, Director of Nebraska Workers Compensation Court will discuss recent trends and litigation related to these issues both nationally and in Nebraska. Attend this program and be prepared to mitigate your risk.

Doug Fletcher, former Nebraska OSHA Assistant Area Director, will join Ric and Jeff with the Nebraska Safety Council to touch base on some of the initiatives OSHA will be focusing on through the remainder of 2020.
