The Nebraska Safety Council is proud to introduce a new three-level course that takes a team-training approach to build a safety culture at your organization. Our one-day Leading Safety course provides the right amount of training to each level of your team.

The course is structured so that every attendee completes each successive level as the day goes on. Everyone starts in Level 1 regardless of the level you intend to finish, so attendees cannot join mid-day for Level 2 or Level 3. Those who plan to continue on for additional education stay on for Level 2 and/or Level 3 throughout the day as needed.

Our goal was to provide a chance for teams to attend this training together, with safety committee members, frontline leaders, and directors kicking off the training as one group. Once Level 1 is complete, safety committee members can return to work, with leaders remaining in class for more training. Once Level 2 is complete, directors stay to cover materials specifically designed for their role.
