The Empower Path is a 4-part series designed to give employees the tools they need to be effective and empathetic when dealing with workplace challenges. Our instruction will provide the training and education to engage your people to reduce workplace conflict, related risk factors, and implement prevention programs and techniques.
This series is essential training for floor supervisors, shift managers, front office staff or those that are public facing, supervisors, management, and others in leadership positions.
