This course covers the complete standard as well as the recent changes in a blended learning environment which includes a hands-on workshop covering some of the trickiest scenarios and most common mistakes. Attendees will also have the opportunity to discuss personal scenarios they have come across and learn from each other’s experiences in this half-day workshop environment.

- Essential steps for recording injuries and illnesses in compliance with OSHA recordkeeping requirements
- How to apply key terms and definitions including:

- significant aggravation

- General recording criteria categories to ensure full compliance
- Tips for documenting recordkeeping decisions to defend and explain them in the future
