Kristin Hodge, M.S., is the owner of Hinco, an injury prevention and management company in Nebraska. She received her master’s degree in Exercise Science from Arkansas State University and her background in sports medicine and occupational healthcare gives her a unique perspective when it comes to root cause analysis and solutions. In addition to treating orthopedic injuries on site for her clients, safety directors and risk management professionals rely on her expertise as they work together to reduce injury rates and their associated medical costs. She develops custom stretching programs, implements ergonomic corrections, provides employee education, and trains employees on spine health for those with jobs particularly harmful to the back.
