Ann McCauley, MEd, has a Master of Education degree with an emphasis in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Ann has published extensively in educational journals and magazines and was the recipient of a national adult educator award. She is employed by the University of Missouri where she serves as the Director of the Rural Opioids Technical Assistance Project, which funds the Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) Initiative. Ann is working extensively to develop training and technical assistance to support businesses in their work hiring people in recovery. Ann’s goal is to develop a statewide credentialing process that leads to businesses earning a Recovery Friendly Workplace certification.
