Randy Kinney, alongside his wife Debby Kinney, own Kinney Manufacturing, consisting of IntoMetal, Precise Fabrication, J&J Wire, Blazn Grill Works, MGrills, and Industrial Maid. With an engineering background, Randy previously worked at ExxonMobil, UCB, and a local manufacturing firm. Hailing from family farms in northeast Nebraska, they stepped into ownership in 2011 with the goal to take what they learned and make the company a place that they'd want to work for and with. Randy is excited to share what he's learned has benefited his companies' environment and productivity over the last decade!
