James Mackiewicz is the owner of Crestcom – Nebraska bringing over 35 years of leadership development training to the state. The Crestcom L.E.A.R. program is an innovative journey based on 12 fundamental skills CEOs expect from their leaders, world-renowned subject matter experts, and implementation plans that get results.

He has spent much of his career working with companies to help them realize the true potential of their people.  James spent time working at a local bank in project management and leading new retail initiatives, including opening a series of ground-breaking branches that have become the norm throughout the Midwest. From there he worked as an executive coach locally and nationally to help business owners run better businesses.  He has been a main stage presenter at many industry conferences, facilitated smaller study groups, and did direct coaching with business owners.

James is a native of Omaha and believer in the power of community. He lives in the house his grandfather (Lyell Bremser) built and is a proud member of, and volunteer for, the Greater Omaha Chamber, Downtown Rotary, and Nebraska Competes. During his free time, he attends Husker football games, enjoys concerts, and has fun exploring new restaurants.
